It all began about three years ago in Jaipur, when my brother and his two friends dove into the Airbnb rental business. They were excited to get things rolling, but one big headache kept popping up: streamlining the cleaning process. They tried all sorts of approaches—scheduling apps, hiring freelancers, you name it—but nothing really clicked, and it was frustrating to see guests unhappy or operations getting bogged down. That's when my brother had a lightbulb moment: why not start a dedicated cleaning service company to solve this exact problem? He knew it could help not just their rentals, but others facing the same issues. But with his hands full running a hotel business, he couldn't make it happen. Fast forward to January 2025, and that's where I came in. I'd been watching the whole thing unfold from the start, seeing the pain points up close—like inconsistent cleaning quality, timing issues, and the stress of last-minute fixes. So, I stepped up and said, "What if I take charge?" I knew the ins and outs, and I was ready to turn that idea into reality. And just like that, Swabha was born. We started small, focusing on reliable cleaning, but quickly expanded to cover laundry, restocking, minor maintenance, inventory management, and check-in/check-out services. We've had our share of challenges, like adapting to busy seasons and keeping things efficient, but we're all about making life simpler for property owners and guests by handling the details with care.
